Vendor Regulation & Compliance

The Citizen Potawatomi Nation Gaming Commission (CPNGC) provides regulatory functions that apply to entities doing business with Citizen Potawatomi Nation (CPN) gaming enterprises. These functions ensure integrity and honesty in the business relationship with CPN gaming enterprises.

The CPNGC Compliance group ensures compliance with tribal gaming ordinances, federal and state laws, Tribal Minimum Internal Control Standards (TMICS), and the National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS). Shipping requirements, testing, and verification of gaming devices and software is an integral function of the Compliance group. Please note that all software shipments must be sent to the Gaming Commission. Refer to the Vendor Shipments page for specific information regarding shipments of gaming machines and gaming software. Submission forms for gaming machine or software shipments are available on the Vendor Downloads page.
