The Citizen Potawatomi Nation Gaming Commission (CPNGC) provides regulatory functions that apply to entities doing business with Citizen Potawatomi Nation (CPN) gaming enterprises. These functions ensure integrity and honesty in the business relationship with CPN gaming enterprises.
The CPNGC Licensing group performs an extensive background investigation on vendor companies, principles, representatives, management, and technical staff prior to the issuance of a vendor license. Investigations include criminal and civil judicial histories, financial histories, and any information the CPNGC deems relevant in the decision making process of issuing or denying a vendor license. Please contact a Licensing Agent to begin the licensing process.
Vendors are required to follow specific requirements when shipping gaming-related hardware or software to or from a Citizen Potawatomi Nation gaming facility. Please check here for requirements and the shipment address.
