Compliance


The Citizen Potawatomi Nation Gaming Commission provides regulatory functions that apply to entities doing business with Citizen Potawatomi Nation (CPN) gaming enterprises. These functions ensure integrity and honesty in the business relationship with CPN gaming enterprises.

The CPNGC Compliance group ensures compliance with tribal gaming ordinances, federal and state laws, Tribal Minimum Internal Control Standards (TMICS), and the National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS).

Software shipments must be sent to the Gaming Commission.   Refer to Vendor Shipments for specific information regarding shipments of gaming machines and gaming software.

Game Play by Gaming Vendors is Prohibited

Any individual who is directly or indirectly involved in hardware or software development, engineering, maintenance, repair, installation, or any activity that relates to the functionality of a gaming machine, gaming software, or gaming device is prohibited from all game play or promotions at any casino owned or operated by the Citizen Potawatomi Nation.
